Her career spans top financial firms, including Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, where she honed her skills in wealth management, portfolio strategy, and simplifying complex financial decisions. Now, as the founder of Femme Fi, she’s on a mission to equip women with the knowledge and confidence they need to take charge of their financial lives.

Shadia earned her MBA from Xavier University and a bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she also dominated as a Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year and later played professional volleyball in Germany. She brings that same competitive drive to helping clients win at financial independence.

A Cincinnati native, Shadia now calls Covington home with her husband and son. When she’s not coaching clients through financial transformations, she’s on the tennis court, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
